Terms of Service
1. What the application is
The Bos Ventures AI Platform is private software operated by René Bos (Bos Ventures) for his own use. It provides a financial overview of his own accounts and of the companies he owns. It is not a product or service offered to the public: there are no customer accounts, no subscriptions and no fees.
2. Who may use it
Only the owner. No access is granted to third parties. Any person other than the owner who reaches the application is not permitted to use it.
3. Bank and account data
The application reads account information (balances and transactions) from the owner's own accounts, with the owner's explicit consent given at each bank, through licensed account information service providers or the account provider's own interface. The application is read-only: it never initiates payments, transfers or any other transaction. The terms of the account information service provider and of each bank apply to that access.
4. No warranty
The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Figures shown are derived from data supplied by banks and other providers and may be delayed or incomplete. The owner uses the application at his own risk and remains responsible for his own financial decisions and records.
5. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
